Comes with a 14k silver tone bold nib. Condition rated as b1 or excellent to very good. Don't see much if any noticeable wear. Box does not have ink.
Nakaya Writer Piccolo Shu <14k Elastic Fine Nib> [B/A2 Condition] - $1099
If you know what this is, you know what this is. Dip tested, but that's it. It's too small for my tastes. I've sat on it for a bit and it's time to just let it go. No converter. Comes with everything else. Nib shows age, pen body is great. It's just not the right length for me.

Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age 18k Bold Nib [B] - $649
Bronze shows signs of aging, but that's about the only wear that I can notice. The nib writes extremely beautifully. Very smooth and slightly flexible. A real joy to write with. It is heavy though and that's why I'm going to let it go to the next caretaker. Not sure what else to write about it as it's a great pen and you can buy this knowing that the nib is one of the good ones. It writes fine.
Also, I do believe it's of the older make where more lava is used. Box included.
