A lovely vintage Wateman’s 52 in BHCR.

The chasing on this one is not tactile anymore but the patterns are clearly visible. The ebonite has been polished to a very glossy finish. The chrome trim is in good condition too. Rating [B]

The nib is as expected from a vintage Waterman. A 14C gold nib that starts with a F nib, very flexible, soft and a smooth writer. Gives a very nice line variation with a controllable flexibility even for the beginners in flex writing. The feeder is made of ebonite and keeps up with the ink flow perfectly.
