Radius x Stilo e Stile desiderio #99/224. Previous owner had the B nib ground down to a M by Gena at Custom Nib Studio. The grind has a Sailor feel, but is a true Medium.
Nothing wrong with the pen, just looking to sell. Comes with the box.
