IWC Ingenieur Automatic

IWC Ingenieur first emerged in the mid‑1950s as a pioneering anti‑magnetic watch, featuring a soft iron inner cage designed to shield its delicate mechanical movement. Over the years, the model evolved, balancing robust engineering with understated elegance. In 1976, design visionary Gerald Genta reimagined the Ingenieur, transforming it into a modern icon with an integrated case, and a distinctive design that echoed his work on the Royal Oak and Nautilus. Genta’s innovative approach fused technical prowess with bold aesthetics. This iteration offered here was introduced by IWC in 2013.

39mm stainless steel case on integrated bracelet with a deployant clasp. I've seen the 3239 listed at 40mm, but 39mm is the official size per IWC. 30110 Calibre automatic movement. Complete set with box and papers dated 2015, including original purchase receipt. Excellent all around condition.
