Selling an Omega Seamaster 166.042 with the compressor case from the 1970s. Very large for the period 38mm case, 20mm lugs. In fantastic condition, zero peel or scratches through the gold plating. Small scratches on the clasp, but nothing that exposes the steel underneath. Original Omega signed crystal and crown, original presentation box. Slight patina around the edges of the dial.

Bracelet will fit up to a 7-3/4” wrist.

Comes with original Omega presentation box.
