This dial is insane, nick-named the Matrix for its vertical green stripe pattern. Like a lot of Grand Seikos, in different lighting this can become a completely different watch. I included a shot with less light towards the end of the album and you can see it can almost appear flat black. Juxtaposed with the shot in sunlight where that dial is front and center and the sparkle on the indices is really something else... really gives this watch a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde effect.
