Pens marked "New" were dipped but never inked. New Pens are Grade A.

Used Pens are Grade B with microscratches but no overt wear and tear.

I know we are supposed to downgrade for pens that have been altered/ nib tuned, but honestly, I'll tell you who the nibmeister was and you can decide if that makes it Grade C or what have you. For me, nib tuning is a feature, not a bug, but YMMV.
